Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Pipe Foreman to lead and supervise pipeline installation and maintenance projects for highway and roadway construction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pipe laying, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily pipeline installation and maintenance operations, managing a team of pipe crew members.Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Oversee the selection, handling, and installation of pipe materials, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections.Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions as needed.Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents or changes.Qualifications:
Proven experience in pipeline installation and maintenance, with at least [X] years in a supervisory or foreman role.Strong knowledge of pipe materials, installation techniques, and equipment.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Valid driver’s license and ability to operate relevant machinery preferred.Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in various weather conditions.Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.Benefits:
