Staffing Coordinator

Primary Function
Performs administrative and clerical duties necessary to help optimize daily staffing for the nursing units and who completes various duties related to the ongoing staffing process. The Staffing Coordinator reports to the Staffing Office Supervisor.
Job Qualifications and Specifications
High school degree or equivalent. 1-2 years scheduling experience, secretarial preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Computer literacy. Able to work independently and follow through appropriately.
