As part of the Information Technology & Services team within PGIM Private Capital (PPC), we support PPC with both vendor and internally designed applications, processes, and reporting. We are looking for an astute, resourceful professional like you to fulfill a business process analyst role on this team. You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership, and innovation. Your ability to apply business process analysis knowledge to improve and increase the success of the business by working with both the business process end users and technical teams will help keep our competitive edge. What you can expect

Use knowledge of business analysis concepts, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies to support business initiatives and system enhancementsSupport business initiatives and system enhancementsWork with end users to learn and understand existing processes documenting flows and reviewing all supporting informationDetermine how necessary improvements can be madeSupport project team with overall project improvementsSupport technical teams responsible for building, modifying, and maintaining the systems that support the businessPossess a thorough understanding of the Business Analysis subject areaCreate process flows and conduct gap analysis for current state vs future stateCreate system design proposals and communicate the reasoning and decisions on process / system design to business partnersHave sufficient understanding of asset management to support business users' needsKeep abreast of industry initiatives and market trends that impact the business to continue to improve efficienciesResponsible for understanding technology impact on the business processesUnderstand the software delivery processes and establish metrics to monitor project changes, risk, scope, and adoptionWhat you will bring

Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on asset management or equivalent work experienceHas 7+ years of experience in business process analysisExperience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as JiraExcellent communication and teamwork skills3+ years of management or project management experienceWhat will set you apart

Salary Range Disclosure

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $115,000 to $135,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
