About The Role:
Integra Beauty is searching for an experienced Staff Accountant. This role will join our accounting department to support our continued growth. The Staff Accountant will support the team through maintenance of financial records and reports, performing accounting reconciliations, and assisting with budget and close processes.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesDaily transaction entry and reconciliation of bank accountsPreparing daily cash reportTransaction entry and reconciliation of credit card accountsDownloading E-comm marketplace deposit reports and creating journal entriesMonth end bank accounts, credit cards, and customer liability reconciliationsCreate intercompany invoices and journal entryMaintain fixed asset and related depreciation schedulesSupport month end closeAssist with sales tax prepayments and filingsAssist in various accounting related tasks and process creationQualifications
Bachelor or Associates degree in Accounting or similar fields2+ years of Accounting experienceDetail orientedExperience with NetSuiteProficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and workplace messaging toolsStrong knowledge of accounting principlesOur Core Competencies
