The Coordinator, Sourcing & Analytics will be responsible for assisting in the procurement of supplies and outside services across three wineries, as well as providing detailed analysis and insights to support the winery's operations and strategic decisions. This role requires a blend of supply chain management, data analysis, and strategic thinking to ensure the efficient and cost-effective sourcing of quality products.
This position will be based out of our Estate Tasting Room located at our Chimney Rock location, and will require to be onsite Monday through Friday.
Job Description
Data Analysis and Insights:Utilize data analytics to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement in purchasing and sourcing activitiesGenerate clear and concise reports to support informed decision-making by managementMaintain dashboards and reports to track effectiveness of key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for process improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutionsSourcing and Procurement:
Input purchase requisitions and receive purchase orders and invoicesMaintain relationships with suppliers and vendorsConduct regular assessments of suppliers to ensure quality and compliance with company standardsConduct cost-benefit analysis to support strategic sourcing decisionsMonitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials without overstockingMaintain accurate records of procurement transactions, supplier agreements, and inventory levelsEnsure all sourcing activities comply with internal regulatory requirements and policiesQualifications
2-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the wine or beverage industryStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) is highly preferredBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent, relevant job experienceDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisionsAbility to work in a team environment to accomplish goals and complete projectsExcellent facilitation and consulting skills are necessary to successfully perform this jobPay Range: $24.00 - $28.00/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
