Lead Mammography Tech / Quality Assurance

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lead Mammography Tech / Quality Assurance to join our high-performing team in the medical industry. The successful candidate will play a significant role in shaping our company's clinical operations and patient care. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a substantial impact on the quality of healthcare services we provide.

• Oversee and manage the clinical operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Work in collaboration with the Clinical Manager to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to enhance patient care and service delivery
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Provide leadership and direction to the clinical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Utilize your expertise in mammography to enhance service delivery and patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Collaborate with other department heads to achieve the organization's strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree preferred
• Must have 3 or more years related clinical experience with focus on Mammography/Breast Care
• QC Mammography required
• Leadership experience as a Lead, Supervisor or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience in mammography and a deep understanding of the principles and practices of radiologic technology
• ARRT, ARRT (M), ARRT (CT), Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT), or equivalent required
• BCLS
