Physician / Texas / Locum or Permanent / Anesthesiologist Job

Anesthesiologists needed in East, TX ASAP ongoing! 7 Docs/day, 2 Post Call Day Off, 1-2 on PTO Full-time candidates highly preferred, will consider 2on/2off rotation. Shifts vary likely 5 -8/hr shifts. Call: 1 of 7 Inhouse, 1 of 7 CV Pager Call. Pager call, not in house. 2 call teams, cardiac call team, trauma call team. Trauma call will eventually be every 6 th night. Cardiac call will be every 4 th night. Cardiac called in over night would be 10-20% and trauma would be 60%. Post call day off only for trauma call not for cardiac General Information - 24k Total Cases 6900 IP, 9300 OP, 6600 ENDO (6100 OP), 280 Hearts, 3000 Pain blocks, 650 OB (370 EPI, 280 C-sect) Docs Cardiac and Trauma Mostly medical direction, some supervision on call, some solo cases. Med Direction you have to satisfy 7 stipulations to medically direct, present for induction, available at emergent, per-op evaluation, tighter model. Supervision just has to be in the model. Everything except transplants. neuro, cardiac, vascular, OB.
