The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Marketing Manager, Frequency , you will contribute to Target’s key initiatives by becoming an expert on the Everyday Care business, and developing the marketing strategy through management of execution & measurement. This role requires business acumen and strategic thinking skills along with attention to detail. You will translate business priorities, goals, and guest insights into actionable and measurable marketing plans.Core responsibilities of this job include:Managing relationships with Merchants and internal Marketing & Digital teams.Building industry-leading plans that achieve Target’s business objectives for strategic partners.Delivering a seamless guest experience that motivates guests to choose Target.About you:Four-year degree required, Marketing emphasis or major preferred.5+ years of related work experience.Experience driving successful strategic marketing strategy and execution.Curiosity and drive to understand guest needs, segmentation and the business.Ability to analyze, interpret and synthesize data into a compelling story.Tenacity and courage to improve work quality and learn from results.Ability to engage partners across the organization to collaboratively solve problems.Creative and media acumen with ability to inspire and assess work against a defined strategy.Strong written and oral communication skills.Agency or marketing experience preferred.Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)In compliance with state and federal laws, Target will make reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
