Headquartered in the heart of the Midwest, Pulaski, Wisconsin, is home to the Village Companies Consumer Products Division.

This rural community (located 25 minutes northwest of Green Bay) population 3,500+, is where hard work, fun, and simplicity meet.

The

Director of Marketing

will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, product development, and channel management ultimately delivering revenue growth for our consumer products business. This position will coordinate analysis and communication efforts of the marketing team to support sales and optimize results. This position will lead and inspire the marketing team in developing and executing day-to-day marketing activities. Additionally, this person will be part of the Consumer Products Leadership Team and provide input and feedback to help run the overall business. This position will communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strategy Development:

Become an expert on the voice of the customer to influence our go-to-market strategy and to communicate our value proposition and competitive differentiators.

Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans and strategies that align with business objectives and brand vision.

Conduct market research to identify segmentation, trends, competitor strategies, value proposition, and consumer preferences.

Define target markets and create segmented marketing campaigns tailored to different market segments.

Campaign Management:

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.

Oversee content creation, ensuring messaging is consistent, on-brand, and impactful with the target audience.

Manage marketing budgets, justifying and optimizing resources efficiently across channels and campaigns.

Coordinate trade show activity and budgets.

Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance brand’s identity and consistency across all touchpoints.

Develop and execute strategies to improve brand loyalty and customer retention.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and key metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Utilize analytics tools to track customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation.

Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to achieve marketing objectives.

Collaboration & Communication:

This position will be part of the product development team to manage the pipeline of new products.

Develop strategy and execute marketing efforts for segment focused product launches and updates.

Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement tools and support materials.

This position will understand the customer segments wants, needs, and values to position and market products to win in a consumer-facing business.

Work with other businesses in the company to share best practices or expertise when required.

Other duties as assigned within a fast-paced customer driven organization.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, and/or Business. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Direct experience in Ecommerce sales, website communication, and marketing.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).

7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer products industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

Computer skills:

Strong MS Office user – PowerPoint and Excel specifically.

Ability to create and manage digital visual content.

Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus.

Marketing automation experience is a plus.

Travel Requirements:

A valid and active driver’s license is required.

Occasional travel to customer locations will be required – up to 20%.

Pay: $107,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
