Southern Division's
Residential Program.
As a
Full-Time Residential Counselor , you'll play a vital role in assisting individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness. Your responsibilities will include coordinating client care and daily activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, grooming, and medication monitoring. You'll provide essential oversight in our residential homes, working closely with senior clients who have various diagnoses and behavior disorders, alongside somatic care needs.
Position Details:Full-Time: Monday-Friday 12am-8amSalary: $18.92/hr - $21.19/hr (based on experience and education)Location: Oxon Hill, MD
Qualifications:
Ability to drive a 15-passenger van and maintain a valid driver’s licenseExperience using EHR for daily notesBachelor's Degree or 3 years of experience in mental healthExperience providing skills training in residential or day program settingsMust pass background check and drug screening
