Baystate Health , western Massachusettss premier healthcare provider and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School - Baystate Health, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our extensive network in Western Massachusetts.Position Highlights:Join the Division of Geriatric Medicine which consists of 4 physicians and 6 advanced practitioners at the first age-friendly health system in the U.S., as recognized by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.Our Inpatient Geriatrics program works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team that includes hospital medicine, social work, and case management at Baystate Medical Center, a 700+ bed academic medical center in Springfield, MA.See a wide variety of cases and patient types on the inpatient consult service. Four ten-hour shifts per week, including one weekend day.Baystate offers an open and inclusive culture that supports staff development, learning, and diversity.Qualifications:
BC Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of 1 year APP practice experience, ideally in geriatrics or inpatient care.
