As a Data Engineering Group Manager, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions, analyze current practices, and identify future opportunities. You will support data design services, deliver architectures for data transformations, and build modern data pipelines and APIs. Your role includes developing data warehouses and exposing data to end users through various visualization platforms.

Skills and experiences

Demonstrated experience turning business use cases into technical solutions.Experience in business process mapping of data and analytics solutions.Ability to conduct data profiling, cataloging, and mapping for technical design.Mastery of .NET C# and T-SQL; familiarity with U-SQL.Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL DW, and Azure SQL.Experience preparing data for Data Science and Machine Learning.Strong team collaboration and experience working with remote teams.Previous consulting experience is a huge plus.About you

California & Washington: $183,000-$217,500
