The mission of the Lone Wolf program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network – Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) which is a DoD-provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff. The Lone Wolf program boasts a professional workforce comprised of specialists throughout the Information Technology lifecycle and who contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing technical expertise in Unified Communications (UC) and collaboration technologies.
Work closely with other team members to design, implement, and optimize UC solutions.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, security specialists, and system architects.
Assessing client needs, recommending architecture improvements, and ensuring seamless communication across domains.
Specialize in UC technologies such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Webex.
Supervises the UC Engineers in O&M, Innovation, and special projects across the program and provides guidance on uniquely challenging issues in UC.
Assists in the day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain UC systems.
Work together to deliver reliable and efficient communication services.
Assists and advises the UCEs, network engineers, and cyber security experts on voice and video communications solutions.
Advises on projects related to UC, video conferencing, instant messaging, and presence.
Ensures that communication tools are integrated seamlessly and meet security requirements.
Expert in Unified communications, Collaboration design, Edge services, Endpoints and user management, Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Integration.
Focus on designing and optimizing network infrastructure across different security domains.
Address challenges related to data flow, security policies, and interoperability.
Cross-domain network architects work closely with UCEs to align UC solutions with overall network architecture.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Cisco Certified Internet Expert (CCIE) Collaboration certificate
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification: Security+ CE certification or equivalent Windows 10 certification – MCSA or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MDAA)
Clearance Required:
Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility
Minimum Years of Experience:
15 years of Experience
Preferred:
Deep understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
Proficiency in Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) or Enterprise (UCCE)
CCNP Collaboration
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, QoS, and MPLS
Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls, particularly in relation to voice and video integration
Experience with voice gateways, SIP trunks, and ISDN circuits
Expertise in call control protocols (SIP, SCCP, H.323)
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
