Performance Marketing Specialist

is responsible for implementing the brand’s marketing strategies with an omnichannel perspective across

social media, digital media, and newsletters . This position is hybrid and requires in-office days at our West Island or Laval office.Your responsibilities as Performance Marketing SpecialistAssist the Manager, Marketing and e-commerce in developing a multichannel marketing plan focused on growth (in-store traffic, e-commerce revenue) including objectives for awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention, and develop strategic recommendations for continuous optimization of results;Implement seasonal marketing campaigns supporting key products and new items for various communication channels (newsletters, social media, digital ads, website) with internal teams and external collaborators;Work closely with e-commerce specialists to create precise and detailed briefs to guide creative teams in creating optimized campaigns for different channels;Optimize digital media campaigns and promotional initiatives in collaboration with our agencies to increase traffic, conversion, and maximize return on investment;Enhance the brand strategy on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence while maximizing visibility and impact with the target audience;Create and implement a weekly newsletter calendar to increase revenue contribution from the channel with A/B testing and continuous improvements;Conduct data analysis and competitive monitoring to identify market trends and recommend optimizations aligned with best practices;Collaborate closely with a team including roles such as e-commerce Specialist, writer, Graphic Designer, Art Director, Content Manager, CRM Manager, Photographer, etc.You are the person we are looking for if you possess the following skills:Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing;2-3 years of experience in marketing and eCommerce; proven success in implementing marketing campaigns, e-commerce growth, and leveraging digital campaign platforms and newsletters to drive customer acquisition and conversion;Proficiency in social media (META, TikTok), email campaigns, digital analytics, and CRM tools;Ability to pivot quickly to seize new opportunities;Organizational skills and attention to detail;Proven ability to deliver unique and engaging user experiences;Strong problem-solving and creativity skills;Excellent oral and written communication skills (French-English);Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with various internal collaborators;Passionate about marketing, online commerce, and data;Knowledge of the furniture industry is a plusAt GHS, we take great care of our personnel and offer the following benefits:The chance to make a difference in a growing business;To work in a family environment with creative people;Flexible approach with hybrid working models;Health and wellness program;Complete and modular group Insurance plan;Modern and team-oriented work environment;Opportunities for professional development and training;Generous employee discounts on our products.Are you the team member we’re looking for?
