Amentum is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Manager of Investor Relations
to join our team. As a manager in Amentum's Investor Relations group, the successful candidate will be focused on enhancing shareholder value by attracting and maintaining long-term investors.
This is a HYBRID role (2-3 days a week on-site at our Chantilly, Virginia office). US Citizenship is required.Essential Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Head of Investor Relations to craft and present clear, persuasive content to both current and prospective investors, highlighting Amentum’s strategy, historical financial performance, and future financial outlook.Engage with company leadership to tailor internal messaging for the investment community, supporting investor targeting and responding to inquiries with detailed insights.Provide leadership with insights on capital markets, competitor performance, and market trends.Occasional travel may be required to support investor engagement activities.Preparation of quarterly earnings call deliverables, maintain investor website, create and update board reports, develop and maintain IR financial models.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Experience with business or financial management at the corporate, division, or business unit level, including a focus on management of key performance indicators.Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and company personnel.Ability to comprehend and navigate a wide range of functional areas, including finance, legal, and marketing.Experience engaging with investors.Strong understanding of capital markets.Experience with quantitative financial analysis, financial modeling, strong understanding of GAAP accounting, and application of valuation theory.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related Field. MBA in Business, Accounting or Finance and/or CFA, CPA preferred.Typically, eight
(8) years
of experience with investor relations, equity research, financial communications, investment banking, or other related experience; six
(6) years
of experience with a MBA, CFA, or CPA.US Citizenship is required.Hybrid Role (onsite and remote-telework).
