As an Event Specialist at Fisher Phillips, you will be a key player in executing a wide range of client-focused events, including high-profile conferences, industry sponsorships, tradeshows, and internal programs like our Annual Partner/All Attorney Retreat.This position reports to the department’s Event Manager. We welcome candidates to apply who reside in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, or Tampa with the ability to travel frequently.Position ResponsibilitiesBring Events to Life:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing memorable client and industry events that leave a lasting impact.Orchestrate Every Detail:

Support event logistics from start to finish, including venue research, vendor coordination, and onsite management to ensure everything runs smoothly.Collaborate for Success:

Work closely with our internal teams to align events with our marketing and business development strategies, creating seamless and impactful experiences.Enhance Internal Programs:

Play a key role in supporting programs like our Annual Partner/All Attorney Retreat, making sure every detail is covered.Juggle Multiple Projects with Ease:

Balance a variety of events and projects at once, always keeping an eye on the details that make each one special.Maximize Impact within Budget:

Help ensure all events stay on budget and on schedule, optimizing resources for maximum impact.Measure and Improve:

Assist in gathering post-event feedback and analytics to celebrate successes and identify opportunities for even better events in the future.RequirementsExperience:

3-5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or business development, ideally within a law firm or other professional services organization.Education:

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.Attention to Detail:

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with marketing technologies and tools, including client relationship management (CRM) software and basic social media platforms.Client Service:

A proactive, client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.Communication Skills:

Strong writing skills, including the ability to create engaging and clear event materials.Event Coordination:

Experience in coordinating and supporting events, including logistics and vendor management.Time Management:

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and handle last-minute changes with ease.Flexibility:
