We are a talent and innovation-led company with 738,000 people serving clients in more than 120 countries.The candidate will be a Senior Manager within Accenture’s Banking practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within commercial banking and wholesale lending.Responsibilities include:Industry experience within business, commercial, or corporate banking segments.Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end Commercial credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, servicing, and portfolio management.Support Commercial Banking Transformation programs – including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces.Develop our next generation Wholesale credit technology offerings.Become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients looking to solve critical business problems.Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.Build your reputation as an industry thought leader.Travel, as required, up to 80%.Here’s What You Need:Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.Minimum of 5 years of commercial credit (sales, operations, origination, servicing, portfolio management, trading) project management experience with relevant systems.Bonus Points If You Have:Extensive transformation strategy or operating model design experience in commercial banking.Launched new product offerings in the banking industry.Built next-generation analytic capabilities (e.g., GenAI, data models) for commercial banking business.Advanced degree or financial industry certification.Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with senior client executives.Successful track record of supporting business development and sales.Successful track record of leading complex management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle.Structured problem-solving and ability to simplify complex initiatives to improve execution.Experience with Next-Gen Technologies supporting Commercial Banking (e.g., nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS).Professional Skills:Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.Demonstrated commitment, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.High energy level, focus, and ability to work well in demanding client environments.Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.Accenture is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
