A law firm is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Corporate Healthcare Transactional Associate Attorney to join their dynamic legal team in Dallas, TX. The candidate will work closely with a team of attorneys, providing critical guidance to some of the most innovative healthcare clients in the country. The role primarily focuses on strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity investments, and joint ventures, while assisting clients with corporate and organizational matters.Job Duties:

Collaborate with a team of attorneys to provide strategic legal guidance to healthcare clients on complex transactional matters.Advise clients in the healthcare industry on mergers and acquisitions, asset and equity acquisition transactions, venture capital and private equity investments, and joint venture transactions.Assist clients with corporate formations, capital raises, and operational strategy.Negotiate and draft contracts related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance.Provide legal counsel on day-to-day corporate matters and organizational workflow for healthcare entities.Manage projects and client communications independently and in collaboration with team members.Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and preparation of transactional documents.Work directly with clients and third-party advisors on legal and regulatory matters affecting healthcare transactions.Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions, specifically in the healthcare sector.Proven experience in handling complex strategic transactions and corporate matters for healthcare clients.Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to draft precise and effective legal documents.Demonstrated research and analytical skills, with a capacity to manage complex legal issues.Ability to take ownership of projects, collaborate within a team, and engage directly with clients and third-party advisors.Must be admitted to the Texas Bar.Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Outstanding academic credentials are required.Certifications:

Admission to the Texas Bar is mandatory.Skills:
