About the Role

Our award-winning Food and Beverage Team have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join them in creating magical memories for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity based within our Conferencing and Events Team where we cater for both internal and external events.

The role of Supervisor will be responsible for supporting and coordinating activities and provides assistance to the team. This role will support the team to deliver our established service standards to create magical memories for our guests.

The role purpose is to positively contribute to the growth of service levels, profitability, and image of the Hospitality group by overseeing and directing standards of excellence at The Old Course Hotel within the Conference & Events department.

Duties and Responsibilities

The main role of a Conference & Events Supervisor is toprovide supervision to all banquet functions promoting courteous and professional service of quality food and beverages in a clean environment. The focus of this role is to execute the operational side of an event covering every aspect and detail of that event.

About You

You will be a confident, enthusiastic, and driven individual with supervisory experience, ideally within a four or five-star property. You will have a great front of house presence, be passionate about coaching and motivating colleagues. Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure are all essential for this role.

Salary

This is an exciting permanent full-time opportunity, working 5 days out of 7 on a flexible shift pattern. Our shift patterns include early, mid and late shifts. A salary of £28,108.08 is offered along with gratuities, and a vast range of associate benefits.
