Responsibilities:Develop and manage social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Create engaging and mission-aligned social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay current and relevant.Engage with followers by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering conversations to build community.Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and grow the nonprofit's online presence.Design and execute email marketing campaigns that promote the ministry’s programs, events, and fundraising initiatives.Write compelling email content that resonates with subscribers and encourages action (HopeConnect Everyday Moments️, Thrive by HopeConnect️ subscriptions, Live webinars, donations).Segment and manage email lists for targeted campaigns and ensure list growth.Monitor email performance (open rates, click-through rates) and make data-driven adjustments to improve future campaigns.Write and publish blog posts that highlight the nonprofit’s mission, success stories, and initiatives.Coordinate with staff and guest writers to develop relevant and impactful blog content.Ensure SEO best practices are followed to maximize blog visibility and organic search traffic.Track and report on blog engagement metrics to understand audience preferences and optimize content.Plan, script, and create video content for both marketing and training purposes, highlighting the nonprofit’s mission, events, and programs.Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software.Collaborate with other departments to create video tutorials or training materials for staff, volunteers, or program participants.Ensure video content aligns with brand voice and contributes to the overall content strategy.Upload and manage videos on platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo, ensuring accessibility and SEO optimization.Develop a content calendar that includes blog posts, email campaigns, social media posts, and video releases.Collaborate with the communications and content development teams to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and campaigns.Maintain consistent messaging across all content channels, ensuring alignment with the nonprofit’s mission and brand identity.Track and analyze key performance metrics across social media, email marketing, blog, and video content.Generate regular reports to measure content effectiveness, audience growth, and engagement.Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve outreach efforts.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, email marketing, or digital content creation.Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Spout, Hootsuite) and email marketing platform - MailChimp.Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in creating content for multiple channels.Video creation and editing skills using software such as Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Basic knowledge of SEO and ability to optimize content for search engines.Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience using data to inform content strategies.Availability to work some nights and weekends for events.Availability to attend 1-2 out of state conferences annually.Why work at 4KIDS?Certified Best Christian Workplace for 7 years in a row.Excellent benefit and time off package (medical/dental/life/disability insurance provided, 403b retirement plan with match).Great staff culture.Amazing workplace environment.Fulfilling career providing Hope, Homes & Healing for children in crisis.
