Digital Marketing Manager

to join our team. The person will have the opportunity to impact, influence, and implement the Company’s Digital Marketing strategies and programs to increase qualified traffic and improve customer experience across multiple web platforms and marketing channels.We are seeking a detail oriented, data-driven strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of integrated digital marketing disciplines. Their day-to-day will focus on, but not be limited to: media buying, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. As William Ryan Homes continues to grow, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in the success of the company.Core Responsibilities

Strategize: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.) to support lead generation efforts and increase brand awareness.Enhance: Manage and maintain the company website, williamryanhomes.com, overseeing SEO strategies and best practices to increase customer engagement.Analyze: Produce and oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly digital reporting and analysis, sharing insights with division teams and leadership, driving continued growth.Collaborate: Work closely with internal stakeholders and Division marketing teams, maximizing the value of programs to meet business needs.Communicate: Clearly communicate campaign performance to Division teams and leadership.Job Specific Experience

Manage and improve digital channels including Paid Search, Display, Social Media, Native and Video.Identify target audiences using 1st party and 3rd party tactics and industry best practices.Analyze campaign data, identify trends and act on opportunities to increase performance while ensuring a positive return on ad spend.Content marketing including SEO optimization and enhancing user experience.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and AdWords reporting.Email marketing management, including creating lists, automations, and familiarity with email content design and best practices.Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of Lead Generation and Performance Marketing experience in Digital Marketing.Experience working in digital ad platforms such as Google Ads (Ads Editor), Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other programmatic media platforms.Excellent reporting and communication skills.Experience in Excel, including ability to use formulas and pivot tables.Experience using web analytic tools and optimizing campaigns based on performance (Google Analytics).Familiarity with social media strategies and best practices, including organic and paid strategies.Nice To Have

Familiarity with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Video editing experience.Content and/or copywriting experience.Familiarity with residential home building or real estate.Bachelor’s Degree.Other Requirements
