The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, manage, and optimize B2C campaigns across paid and organic advertising channels from awareness to acquisition, to revenue. The Manager will lead tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. In addition, the Performance Marketing Manager will work under the direction of the Senior Director of Ecommerce & Marketing Operations.

Job Responsibilities

Implements marketing plans across multiple channels to fulfill the eCommerce vision and strategy for achieving corporate sales and conversion goals.

Responsible for both strategy, implementation and management of paid media across our portfolio of brands.

Strategizes and implements search engine optimization (SEO) and content to increase traffic to the website as well as local stores.

Collaborates with marketing and cross-functional teams to drive innovative creative for all campaigns.

Leverages data analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategy as necessary to meet KPIs and growth goals.

Builds and deploys compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales.

Works in tandem with other eCommerce team members and with other Marketing teams to ensure a streamlined brand message that targets the appropriate audience collectively.

Analyzes market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to mold marketing strategies and product positioning, driving customers through the funnel from brand awareness to order and subscription conversions.

Reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or related field.

5 years of experience in performance and growth marketing, preferably in an ecommerce capacity.

Strong understanding of how to build a marketing funnel that converts.

An ability to optimize paid media for scale, RoAS, and other metrics-driven KPIs.

Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media advertising platforms.

Expertise in SEO strategy, both national and local, to drive both website traffic and store traffic.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to go beyond the basic project/job description.

Good analytical skills with an ability to build dashboards.

Solid presentation skills in both preparing reports as well as sharing leadership readouts.

Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple tasks is required.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Tech-forward subscription model experience preferred.

Experience with creative design and ad production preferred.

You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including:

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Communicate effectively with customers through multiple forms of technology, including telephone and computer. Must be able to receive and convey information.

Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds.
