As the Sample Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the seasonal flow, ensuring that samples are received on time and organized efficiently. Your role will involve meticulous record-keeping and effective communication with the merchandising team to handle arrivals and potential delays. Building strong relationships with Brand MAs and supporting your team on various projects will be crucial to your success.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the timely receipt and organization of samples for each seasonal flow.Maintain detailed records and track receiving information accurately.Communicate effectively with the merchandising team regarding sample arrivals and any delays.Foster strong relationships with Brand MAs.Assemble copy fact sheets using multiple systems.Provide support across the team for various projects.Ideal Candidate:Proven experience in sample coordination or management.Demonstrates exceptional self-sufficiency and organizational skills.Experienced in working within a fast-paced office environment.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.50 to $23.89 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
