Our client is seeking an Associate in Florida with 2 to 5 years of labor and employment defense experience. The role requires expertise in employment counseling and litigation before federal and state courts and government agencies, along with strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience advising employers on labor and employment law issues, conducting witness interviews and investigations, drafting position statements, preparing employee handbooks and policies, drafting employment and separation agreements, and supporting employment-related litigation. The position offers flexibility in the South Florida office location, with a preference for Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach.
