Conference Planner/Admin Analyst

Overview:IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Conference Planner / Administrative Analyst to support our contract with a federal client's private sector engagement program. Responsibilities include preparing letters, presentations, and reports including drafting and/or editing email and correspondences. In addition, the analyst will manage the office calendar and arrange appointments; coordinate meetings between high-level personnel from various client and private sector entities; and assist with the general administrative functions in support of private sector engagement programs.
