2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in estate planning
Strong knowledge of probate, conservatorships, tax planning
California Bar admission in good standing
In-person position, must be able to commute to the office daily

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation range for our 1 to 5 year associates is $140,000-$220,000 (base annual salary plus an incentive bonus plan) depending on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Our full-time associates are also eligible for the following benefits: vacation, sick time, medical insurance, dental insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k) plan and profit-sharing contributions.
