Exclaimer's growing Marketing team is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts globally. We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter with experience designing landing pages, strategizing and launching A/B tests to support experimentation roadmaps, and managing digital tools such as chatbots, qualitative research platforms, etc. Understanding and synthesizing different data sets is a crucial component of this role so we are looking for a candidate that is comfortable with both quantitative (quarterly performance, projections, pacing, etc.) and qualitative data (website session replays, research insights, etc.) and is confident in making data-driven decisions that continually optimize conversion rate performance.
Working alongside our talented team at our US office and global marketing team, you will sit within the Global Digital team and report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, working closely to create and orchestrate initiatives that grow the conversion rate to MQL. The role is well-suited for a digitally conscious person who enjoys a mix of analyzing data, discovering and establishing web trends, creative campaign tasks and communicating with different stakeholders. Every day will look different and you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to ambitious goals by collaborating with varying teams across the business including Demand Generation, Paid Media, Product Marketing, Sales, Content, and Design to achieve collective business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in creation and execution of strategies to increase conversion rate including experimentation and web personalization
Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement in the web conversion funnel
Support global demand generation team to build landing pages that meet top of funnel and pipeline targets
Monitor and analyze website and digital campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker, and Heap
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights in user web behavior and identify areas of improvement
Be an active participant in the CRO pod, contributing to experimentation ideation and execution
Support in documenting processes and best practices for marketing team to reference
Manage digital tools such as the chatbot
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise1-3 years of experience in a similar marketing role with clear evidence of impact (ideally to be within a B2B tech or SaaS organization)
A desire to learn and grow your skills in the exciting space of digital marketing and CRO
Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
Data driven mindset – you record learnings and love to dig into numbers
Experience with content management systems such as Storyblok and Unbounce (or similar)
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
Experience with Mutiny (or similar) is a nice to have
Understanding of customer website journeys
A proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative, resourcefulness, and critical thinking
Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player with the ability to collaborate and also work independently
Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and deal with ongoing change and ambiguity
