The New Hire Experience Program Manager will be responsible for owning and implementing enhancements for the program, processes, and digital experience of all global new hires from offer through onboarding.What You'll Do:Manage and maintain all existing enterprise-wide global New Hire Experience program deliverables which aims to provide a consistent, scalable, and exceptional experience for all of our new hires at Gartner to drive consistent new hire program execution.Provide day-to-day product/program management, including coordinating competing priorities, milestones, and interdependencies between teams.Create, build, and maintain all project management collateral (project plans, shared drives, meeting cadences, leadership briefings, operational proposals, etc.).Build and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships for effective daily partnership with HR COE's, Business Process Owners across HR, HRIS, IT, and Finance.Agile management of priorities - balancing existing identified projects and proposing new projects and opportunities to enhance the new hire experience.Monitor new hire experience performance and identify and propose opportunities for improvement to leadership through metrics (surveys, tickets, touchpoints, etc.).Manage the ongoing enhancements and strategize actionable outcomes of the new hire survey, working in close conjunction with our Associate Listening Team.Manages issue escalation. Provides guidance and handles escalated issues directly.Research and recommend best practices that drive efficiencies across people, processes, and technology.Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that balances immediate priorities with aspirational future state.What You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or a related field.4+ years of experience in project/program management.Large-scale global program management experience at a large organization (>10,000 employees).Experience with HR administration and general exposure and knowledge of various HR functions.Expertise in Workday HCM preferred.Consulting experience preferred.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Highly proficient in PPT / Excel / Google Suite.Proven collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.Sound judgment. Ability to solve problems and make recommendations to remediate issues.Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.Strong analytical abilities and demonstrated ability to run reports and interpret/analyze data outputs.Who are we?At Gartner, Inc. Join us.Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 76,000 USD - 106,260 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
