The Development Senior Business Analyst will work as a member of Infor’s Supply Chain Execution team and will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and communicating business and functional requirements. This position involves interaction with various business units, other business analysts, quality assurance, and production support. It is expected to possess experience with hands-on understanding of the product functionality and needs of users. In addition, the Development Senior Business Analyst will also be responsible for reproducing issues reported by customers and providing test cases to the developer working on the issues.A Day in the Life:
Creating functional business requirements.Creating unit level test cases for functional business requirements.Presenting your functional designs to the other business analysts on the team.Testing use cases associated with functional specifications you have created.Reviewing test cases created by the quality assurance team associated with your functional designs.Reviewing issues reported by customers that have been determined to be base defects.Testing base defects prior to the release to the customer.Basic Requirements:
Experience in functional/business analysis for software product development or software implementation.Experience in writing functional specifications and reviewing test cases.Experience in supply chain domain (warehouse management) or WMS.Experience in facilitating team meetings, delivering informative, well-organized presentations.Business analysis skills – requirements gathering, documentation (requirements and technical), process mapping, etc.Experience creating unit level test cases for functional business requirements.Preferred Requirements:
Prior implementation experience with a WMS or Infor WMS.Experience with Agile/Waterfall theory.About Infor
