Patent Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Patent Attorney for their office in Des Moines, IA. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with patent law, including filing and prosecuting patents, rendering patentability and clearance opinions, drafting patent applications, performing due diligence, and other related legal services.Job Overview: The Patent Attorney will play a crucial role in providing legal services related to patent law, offering expert guidance on patent preparation, patent applications, patentability assessment, and due diligence. This position requires a high level of expertise in patent law and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
