CrossBoundary’s Natural Capital portfolio focuses on unlocking private capital for nature-based solutions that contribute to climate change mitigation and adaptation, and address biodiversity loss.Job DescriptionCrossBoundary is recruiting a full-time Senior Associate that will specialize in climate finance investment opportunities and execution. You will support all aspects of fundraising, impact investing, investor relations, deal-sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio management. You will also support in establishing new strategic partnerships and developing thought leadership.Primary ResponsibilitiesCompany identification and evaluation

Identify and rigorously assess investment opportunities

Market assessment and ongoing market analysis

Conduct macroeconomic, regulatory, and operational assessmentsProvide sector analysis of priority areas for investment

Investor qualification and relations

Assist in identifying qualified investorsManage numerous investor relationships

Transaction support

Assist, and often lead a team in supporting complex transactions

Communications and knowledge product support

Develop external-facing PowerPoint decks, talking points for external meetings, briefing memos and other knowledge products
