Executive Assistant
ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.The Executive Assistant is a customer facing role requiring the employee to work in office 5 days a week during normal business hours. This position is located at the Washington Navy Yard and will directly support our Navy Customer.Security ClearanceApplicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative services to include, but not limited to reception, and message services.Lead event coordination to include site planning, and guest/logistics support.Coordinate meetings and adjudicate schedule conflicts.
