Develop and execute consumer and customer-centric marketing strategies to drive market share, incremental net sales, and profitability for our brands.Collaborate with agencies to successfully execute the development and launch of new consumer-desired products for the VMS brands.Lead cross-functional team meetings to ensure seamless coordination and execution of new products and initiatives, from concept to launch.Utilize market research and insights to inform decision-making, ensuring strategies are aligned with consumer preferences and market trends.Conduct comprehensive business analysis and reporting, leveraging data to drive actionable recommendations and inform strategic decision-making.Create integrated and holistic innovation strategies that align with the mission and vision of our brands, driving long-term growth and brand differentiation.Manage the end-to-end innovation process, including concept validation, technical feasibility, PCPS evaluation, sales sample development, sell sheets, new item trackers, new item forecasting, competitive analysis, sales presentations, and package development and art release.Role Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; MBA strongly preferred.5-8 years of experience in Marketing within the CPG, OTC, or Cosmetics industry.Highly proficient in Circana/Unify, category analysis, and forecasting.Familiarity with consumer marketing research tools and techniques.Experience with P&L analysis.Ability to lead complex, strategic projects from inception to commercialization.Strong leadership and influencing skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Comfortable with managing complex situations.Join our team and be part of a dynamic, high energy, innovative VMS team.
