The Senior Associate Attorney will collaborate closely with a Partner who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates.Duties:Provide comprehensive legal counsel in estate planning, gift taxation, and trust administration.Assist individuals, charitable organizations, foundations, and corporate fiduciaries, including banks and trust companies.Collaborate with the Partner to develop and implement effective legal strategies for clients.Conduct legal research and analysis to stay current with laws and regulations affecting private client services.Requirements:5-15 years of relevant experience in estate planning, gift taxation, and trust administration.Experience in international estate planning is a plus.Collaboration with a Partner who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates.LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred.Membership in the Florida Bar or willingness to become a member.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred.Certifications:Florida Bar membership or willingness to become a member.Skills:Strong understanding of estate planning, gift taxation, and trust administration.Legal research and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.A detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
