Come grow with us!Job Description:This position will support the operations of the Crowe payroll team by applying knowledge of payroll taxes including federal, state, local, and paid family leave to maintain compliance.Responsibilities:Process payroll tax adjustments to employee records as neededCommunicate with employees on payroll tax mattersReconcile payroll taxes post processingPerform routine payroll tax audits to identify noncompliance and apply correctionsAssist with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filingsAssist and monitor amended tax filingsCorrespond with tax agencies and ADP to resolve agency noticesResearch and register for payroll tax accounts with governmental agenciesAssist with special payroll reportingProvide back-up support to other Payroll team membersMaintain high degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality with payroll dataParticipate in special projects and/or other duties assignedQualifications:3+ years' experience working in multi-state payrollExperience working with ADPExperience with Workday a plusExperience with tax account setupsConfident working with highly sensitive/confidential informationStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft ExcelAbility to follow issues through to resolutionFPC a plusWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
