Maintain order and upkeep of executive suite – includes preparing for meetings and handling all supplies, correspondence, and other requestsManage schedules, expenses, meetings and calendars for production executivesParticipate and take notes for conference calls and function as an extension of the executive team – adding input and assisting where necessaryCollaborate with marketing team to generate social media posts, LinkedIn blogs, and website content for the studioBrainstorm and execute ideas for new business including cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, etc.Act as point of contact for Stamford community leaders and groups in regard to city events and Community Service projects, as well as off-site special events.Other projects as assignedQualifications

Basic Requirements:Bachelor’s DegreeAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Self Starter who proactively seeks out tasks and opportunities for growthDesired Characteristics:Minimum 1 year of production experience or marketing experience in a TV setting preferredStrong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spiritDetail orientedAbility to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to follow direction and work independently when necessaryAdditional Requirements:Required On-Site:

This position is required to be performed full-time from Stamford Studios.
