Contracts Administrator (Contracts Administration Staff IV/V)

is responsible for preparing, negotiating, administering, and terminating standard and non-standard contracts, primarily for US government, commercial and international customers. This position conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications, and advises management of contractual rights and obligations. This position analyzes contractual data and provides recommendations to internal and external customers, as required.Work ModelThis is a full-time position based in El Segundo, CA or Chantilly, VA, offering a hybrid work model that combines 3 regular onsite workdays and remote flexibility as the business needs allow.What You’ll Be DoingDraft, review, and execute Nondisclosure Agreements (NDAs) with various commercial, international, and government customersPrepare, negotiate and execute proposals and contracts in compliance with company policies and proceduresUnderstand and communicate the contractual data regarding contract procedures, terms, and requirements to both internal and external customersAdminister and manage contracts with an emphasis on analyzing the contracts’ deliverables, special provisions, modifications, and terms and conditionsDevelop internal business processes and procedures, enhancing the overall contracts functionReview the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), other government agency regulations, and commercial term sheets and requirements, and provide contractual guidance and impacts to Aerospace cross-functional leadsWhat You Need to be SuccessfulMinimum Requirements for the
