Position Overview and Responsibilities

Lifestyle Ambassador

serves as a liaison and point of contact for the resident experience. The position drives the hospitality for all amenity spaces and is the cornerstone of our programming and services. The Lifestyle Ambassador is tasked with fostering a vibrant community atmosphere, increasing resident satisfaction and retention, providing exceptional hospitality, and elevating the brand’s reputation.

his is an in-person position located in Santa Monica, CA. This shift schedule is Friday-Tuesday from 11:30am-8pm (3pm-11:30pm on Mondays).

What You’ll Do:

Provide the highest level of customer service to anyone who enters the communityGreet all residents and visitors to provide directions and assistanceExecute resident check-ins efficiently and courteouslyArticulate guest policies and provide liability waivers for first-time guestsRemain visible, accessible, and available to residents and guests to promptly resolve any inquiriesDrive resident satisfaction and retention within the community by delivering the highest level of hospitalityCoordinate onsite events and activities, and identify avenues to increase resident participationOversee and process amenity space reservations and cabana towel servicesSpearhead scheduling of all Lifestyle program activations initiativesCoordinate scheduling of 3rd party servicesAssist with food and beverage handlingPerform routine walk-throughs of the facility to ensure safe & appropriate operation of equipmentSupport other inter-department or cross-department projects as neededPerform other related duties and assignments as needed and assigned

Skills and Experience

High school diploma or GED4+ years food and beverage experience requiredToast, Square, Micros POS (point of sale) experience a plusFood handling certificate a plusMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Great time management and organizational skillsStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsSuperior interpersonal and relationship building skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
