Position Description
Attorney must know Personal Injury litigation including but not limited to:Preferably Bilingual SpanishYears of Experience: 1 - 3Take, draft and defend depositions, motion work, mediations, arbitrationsTrial preparation, prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responsesReview of Demand and Mediation Briefs for records and negotiate settlementsRepresent clients at case management conferences, mandatory settlement conferences, and all other court appearancesRepresent clients in jury trials and arbitrationComplying with all legal standards and regulationsQualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail OrientedTolerance in a high stress and high-pressure environmentStrong analytical and problem resolution skillsAbility to work well with our team of attorneys, paralegals, and case file managersSalary: $80,000Benefits
