Expect to have 3 Rounds - HM, BA on Team and Risk Manager on Team1 with HM: Get to know each other, will Candidate be good fit / successful in role.1 with BA on Team: LP Questions / Technical Evaluation - Give Technical Question and evaluate on Candidate thought process and how conclusion came to be.1 with Risk Manager: Behavioral Questions / PREV Experience relevance for role.Notes:

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Description:

Chance for Extension/ Conversion:

Possible depending on performance & HC availability to extend and work towards conversion.Daily Schedule / OT Expectations:

Mix of Independent and Collaborative work - need good communication with various teams in finding needs and next steps.Typical Task Breakdown:

Build and maintain recurring metrics and reportsComplete ad hoc data retrieval and analysis using relational databases, Excel and other data management systems.Monitor existing metrics, develop and propose new metrics, and identify new, actionable risk signals.Design and implement reporting solutions enabling stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives.Help develop requirements and specifications with business and development teams.Effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders through both written and verbal communication.Compelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition

3-5 yrs field experience - focused on technical skill set more than background area.5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience.Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.Experience with Excel and SQL.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to communicate across business areas.Performance Indicators:

Weekly 1:1 with HM - touch base on progress / leadership performance / feedback and concerns.Top 3 Must-have Hard Skills

Data Visualization & Dashboard Maintenance Experience: (Not building new dashboards, be able to troubleshoot items within existing dashboards and programs) - 2-4 Years Tableau (or Quick Sight) experience desired.2-4 years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.)Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.#TB_EN
