About the RoleWe are seeking a talented, creative, and highly collaborative Bilingual Copywriter to contribute to the marketing success of Pangea. As part of the Brand team, our Senior Bilingual Copywriter will enjoy working directly with CRM partners, creative and media agencies, and product managers as we work to rebrand the business. You will deliver creative and targeted copy for a wide variety of projects including CRM campaigns, paid media ads, brand campaigns, in-app and web messaging, social media and more. Our Senior Bilingual Copywriter invests in understanding our product and consumer to craft messages that make impactful connections with our audiences. The role reports to the Head of Brand Strategy who is excited to welcome a self-starter that can work well in a flexible environment as we take Pangea on a new path!As Senior Bilingual Copywriter, you'll get to:Write creative, effective Spanish & English copy for CRM Email, SMS and push notification campaigns, and other projects to deliver complete, error-free copy with all necessary legal language.Oversee Spanish translation and transcreation efforts across multiple consumer touchpoints partnering closely with CRM, legal and product.Work closely with brand and agency to develop relevant brand guidelines for copy style and tone of voice to be maintained throughout projects.Write paid media, SEM, blogs, and social display ad copy to support brand campaigns, product launches, promotions and holidays.Help manage asset trafficking between brand and media agencies to ensure all assets and corresponding copy is correct and timely.Complete minor edits to images using Adobe Illustrator or similar tools to prepare for CRM campaigns.The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or Advertising preferred5+ years of copywriting in all forms of consumer and business writingFluency and stellar writing skills in English and SpanishExpert knowledge of copyediting and grammar rules (and when to break them)Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailComfortability with taking initiative and able to work against deadlines with minimum supervision in a fast-paced work environmentBonus if you have:Experience as part of an in-house creative group or agency a plusAbility to use Adobe Illustrator and edit image copyBenefits & Perks:Flexible scheduling includes a hybrid work model with in-office days from Tuesday to Thursday and the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
