They will augment the existing team’s configuration and testing efforts to meet deadlines across priority projects.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOMajor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support Workday HCM, specifically Absence, Benefits, Performance, and Learning.Configure, test, and deploy validations, rules, and processes.Create reports and/or modify existing reports to meet business needs.Ad hoc special projects as required or as necessary.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGExperience with Workday HCM configuration required.Workday Certification, a plus; Report Writer training, a must.Exceptional analytical problem-solving experience.Proven ability to use analytical, logical, and organizational skills to guide business decisions using complex information from multiple sources.Experience implementing multiple projects at the same time. Must be able to thrive in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment.Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; should be an advanced user with experience linking multiple worksheets and external databases, using pivot tables, and writing nested functions.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize and demonstrate a high level of accuracy while managing a large volume of work.Critical thinking skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.Ability to exercise discretion, initiative, and good judgment.Willing to learn.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
