We are looking for someone who is eager for the opportunity to own and refine our finance processes and infrastructure, particularly in support of accounts payable (AP), corporate expense report administration and management, and associated reconciliations as part of the month-end close cycle.What You Will Be Doing:Perform frequent review of revenue transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording, and reconciling sales related journal entriesProactive ownership of reconciliation between source systems for metering and customer usage of ClickHouse Cloud to the various invoicing systemsOwnership of international and domestic tax and revenue-related forms and analyticsPost and reconcile general ledger accounts such as deferred revenue, accounts receivable, accrued revenue, and recognized revenue to ensure that all invoices and collections are accounted for and properly posted in accordance with ASC 606Create and present revenue analytics monthly, quarterly and annually for various end users;Monitor and optimize existing finance and accounting processes, working with internal teams to ensure accuracy and complianceLead revenue tool selection process to increase process efficiency in the domainAssist with annual financial statement preparation and collection of underlying support for auditCollaborate with the broader Operations team, and other internal stakeholders, on ad hoc tasks as needed.What you bring along:Grit: you are resilient, and you own tasks to completion.A Growth Mindset: you seek and welcome feedback with a view to try new things and improve your work, day to day.
