$85k - 120k+. Depending on experience

Lead HVAC Install Technician
who can install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards. You will also supervise a crew and demonstrate leadership abilities. Hours:
40+ hours a week, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed
Required Qualifications:
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Valid license and insurable driving record
2+ years of experience performing HVAC installs
EPA Certification
NATE Certification (bonus, but not required)
Positive attitude
Ability to lead a team
Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies
