Investor Relations Associate Arixa Capital

Frontall USA LLC, Los Angeles, California, United States, 90079

Arixa is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support the Company’s growth and development as a leading alternative investment manager specializing in private real estate credit.

Arixa is truly differentiated in real estate lending . Arixa is both an investment manager and a lending platform. As a lender, Arixa’s competition is almost exclusively lenders who do not manage discretionary funds. This allows Arixa to customize solutions for borrowers without special approvals from distant committees or boards of managers that don’t understand our business.

In its capacity as a fund manager, Arixa operates investment funds that provide investors with the opportunity to participate in a diversified portfolio of first-position real estate loans to residential developers. The funds are a fixed income alternative focused on preserving principal and delivering consistent income. We deliver a higher rate of return than is typically available in traditional fixed-income asset classes. These funds are uncorrelated to the public markets and over 14 years of operation have not recorded a negative return in any period.

Arixa investor clients include high net worth individuals as well as top-tier institutional investors.

Organizational health is a top priority.

In 2018 Arixa undertook an exercise to place organizational health at the center of its business model. We developed a playbook that incorporates input from every Arixa team member, making sure that we remain aligned, and everyone knows what is most important – covering our mission, our values, and our top priorities each year.
