We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loads and Dynamics Engineer to join our dynamic team in

Huntington Beach, CA . The ideal candidate will have experience in the aerospace or defense industry, with a strong focus on multibody dynamics simulations and ensuring performance of aircraft through precise coupled load analysis and environmental calculations.Key Responsibilities :

Conduct detailed load and stress analysis for various components and systems, including rotating turbo-machinery.Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize structural performance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and multi-physics simulations to predict structural and modal behavior under various load conditions.Support flight test operations by providing load and balance data and analyzing test results.Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to ensure design integrity and manufacturability.Develop and maintain documentation related to load and balance analysis, including technical reports and certification documents.Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in loads, dynamics, and/or stress analysis within the aerospace or defense industry.Proficiency in finite element analysis (FEA) software and other relevant engineering tools.Strong understanding of structural and modal analysis principles and general purpose multi-physics simulations.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
