With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG) is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
KLA is seeking a motivated individual for an engineer position in the elite algorithm group within the reticle product division (RAPID).
This individual will apply their skills in image processing, computer vision, mathematics, and software engineering to develop algorithms for KLA’s innovative inspection platforms.
Responsibilities include developing optical imaging modeling/calibration and/or image segmentation, classification, or detection algorithms for KLA inspection systems.
This person is encouraged to bring forward creative ideas, develop production code, and provide support as needed.
Significant experience in C++ production software development and object-oriented programming is critical.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.
Minimum Qualifications
PhD, MS, or Bachelor's in EE, Computer Science, Applied Math, or related field.
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and 3 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and 5 years related work experience.
