Unmatched training and support Responsibilities: • Research potential homes and local communities to effectively address buyer inquiries. • Coordinate timely showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers. • Support the lead agent by presenting homes to buyer clients that align with their needs and budgets, leading to increased sales. • Assist clients in determining optimal offer prices and guide them through the closing process for a smooth transaction. • Provide prompt and professional responses to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails to deliver exceptional customer service. • Follow up with leads and generate new ones. • Schedule appointments and conduct consultations. • Close sales efficiently. Qualifications: • Must be willing to spend extended periods driving in your car. • Proficiency in CRM and marketing/lead technologies or the ability to quickly learn new systems. • Self-driven and capable of completing tasks independently. • Motivated, ambitious, and eager for professional advancement. • Possession of a real estate license. • Excellent communication skills. Compensation: $75,000 - $175,000 yearly
