The new City Manager will bring solid experience in key local government areas including housing and development, capital improvement programs, aging infrastructure, revenue streams, finance and budgeting, economic development, labor negotiations, and public safety.Candidates who are strategic, able to prioritize, uphold high ethical standards, and possess high emotional intelligence are desired. The outgoing City Manager’s salary is currently $308,165. The salary and benefits for the incoming City Manager are negotiable and dependent upon experience and qualifications.
