MEP Project Coordinator

This is an hourly position and reports to the Operations Manager.Responsibilities Include but not limited to :Assisting in all areas of technical and management to facilitate a project to completion under the direction and mentoring of a Project ManagerEscalating project issues in a timely mannerAssisting in Sale and Estimation of MEP construction jobs and change ordersAssisting in researching customer needsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with ASI clientsManaging the needed materials and manpower to support assigned MEP projectsEstimating costs (materials, equipment, and labor) of BAS assigned projectsCoordinating and scheduling work with other divisions within the organizationAssisting with sales calls to prospective clients as requiredManaging projects from conceptualization to completionAttending and facilitating MEP project meetings as requiredAssisting project teams to support department and company goals including financialsQualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:At least 3 years of MEP experienceCustomer focused approachDedicated to a job well doneHas a general understanding and experience with HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing/Piping systemsBe professional

Experience with PlanGrid, COINS, and billing a plusCalifornia is an “At Will” state.
